1. Our commitment

Geekintime Limited ("Geekintime", "we") operates independent editorial brands covering artificial intelligence, technology, and related industries. We are committed to accuracy, independence, transparency, and service to our readers.

2. Independence

Editorial decisions — what we cover, how we cover it, and what we conclude — are made by our editors. Advertisers, sponsors, commercial partners, and affiliate relationships do not influence editorial judgement.

3. Accuracy & sourcing

• We prefer primary sources: official announcements, filings, research papers, product documentation, and on-the-record interviews.
• Facts are verified before publication. Where verification is incomplete, we say so clearly.
• Links are provided to original sources wherever practical so readers can verify claims themselves.
• Speculation, analysis, and opinion are labelled as such and separated from factual reporting.

4. Use of AI in production

We use AI-assisted tools for research, summarisation, translation, drafting support, and production. Every published article is reviewed, edited, and approved by a human editor who is responsible for its accuracy, fairness, and tone. We do not publish unreviewed AI output as fact.

5. Corrections

If we publish something inaccurate, we fix it. Material corrections are noted at the bottom of the affected article with the date and nature of the change. To report an error, email enquiries@geekintime.com with the URL and details.

6. Commercial relationships & disclosure

• Sponsored content is clearly labelled as sponsored, paid, or promoted.
• Affiliate links, where used, are disclosed on the article or in a dedicated disclosure notice.
• Review coverage is editorially independent of any commercial arrangement.

7. Plagiarism & attribution

We do not plagiarise. Direct quotations are attributed. When we draw on another outlet's original reporting, we credit and link to them.

8. Right of reply

People and companies named in our reporting are given a reasonable opportunity to respond where our coverage could be reputationally significant, and their response is reflected in the piece.

9. Ethics & conduct

Our editors and contributors do not accept gifts, trips, or payments that could compromise independence. Conflicts of interest are disclosed.

10. Ownership

All publications listed on our Publications page are owned and operated by Geekintime Limited, a UK-registered company (No. 15987211).
